  • If you would like assistance from one of our Nurse Practioners, you can schedule a telehealth appointment and/or send a secure message using the medical portal
  • Or, call our mainline at 209.946.2315, opt 1 to schedule
    • Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

More options for Telehealth Services

We have partnered with Anthem Blue Cross and LiveHealth Online to offer Telehealth services for all Pacific students. You can use LiveHealth Online to visit with a board-certified doctor , psychiatrist or licensed therapist when it fits into your schedule

Live Health Online
  • Doctors are available 24/7
  • Psychiatrists and therapists are ready to see you by appointment seven days a week.

  • Students enrolled in SHIP: $0 co-pay for medical and behaviorial health visits
  • Students who waived SHIP: $49 co-pay for medical and tiered rates for behaviorial health visits depending on the type of clinician requested. If you have a private Anthem Blue Cross plan, it will be your normal office-visit co-pay.

Community-Based Testing

At this time Student Health Services in unable to offer COVID testing on the Stockton campus, due to its closure. We have compiled resources for finding testing near our three campuses. If you are not residing by one of the three campuses, please consult your local health department for uo to date testing information and locations. If you have a primary care provider in your city, they may be able to assist you with finding a testing site near you.
